Feedback on every attribute
How scoring works: each attribute is rated 1–5 and weighted 1–3 by its impact on managed services success. Ratings of 4–5 are strengths, 3 is developing, and 1–2 is a priority gap. Module scores of 75+ are strong, 50–74 developing, and under 50 a priority. Your overall score weights Organization and Offer readiness at 30% each and Operations and GTM at 20% each. This self-assessment guides your conversation with Extreme Networks; it is not a program qualification decision.
